Refund and Return Policy – TEAMXCITY

At TEAMXCITY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return products purchased from TEAMXCITY if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items, including personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@teamxcity.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
  4. Return the item(s) to the address specified by our team.

All returned items must be in resalable condition, which includes original packaging and labels.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
  • Gift cards and personalized items.
  • Discounted or final sale items.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note:

  • Processing time for refunds can take up to 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@teamxcity.xyz with the following:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty product
  • Your order number

We will offer a replacement or full refund for damaged or defective products. If the item was damaged during shipping, we will also assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For incorrect, damaged, or defective items, return shipping will be covered by TEAMXCITY.
  • For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that the item reaches us safely. TEAMXCITY is not responsible for lost return shipments.
