At TEAMXCITY, we strive to provide high-quality kitchen products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the process for returning items and obtaining refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return products purchased from TEAMXCITY within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Products marked as “final sale” or non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at info@teamxcity.xyz or call 070 6818 1591 within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for returning the product, including a return authorization (RA) number, if applicable.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the return is safely delivered.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@teamxcity.xyz with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a free return and provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@teamxcity.xyz.
